Salary: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour + Commission and Bonus Opportunities

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and support Group Fitness Instructors & Studio Coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze STUDIO and Group Fitness performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Ensure STUDIO and Group Fitness schedules are competitive, convenient, and on-trend.
• Maintain a world-class member experience through equipment maintenance, cleanliness, and flawless execution of VASA initiatives.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to Instructors and Coaches to enhance their skills and development.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Group Fitness management or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for promoting health and fitness within a community.
