Fitness Studio Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Fitness Studio Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Group Fitness & Studio Team Lead (GFSTL), you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and on-trend fitness experience that maximizes studio and group fitness usage. You will ensure KPIs are met by growing active studio memberships and class counts, as well as fostering group fitness engagement.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and staff talented instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
• Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs, encouraging STUDIO and group fitness attendance.
• Deliver a world-class member experience by maintaining equipment, executing marketing events, and supporting ongoing instructor development.
• Train, coach, and mentor instructors and coaches to deliver safe and effective classes.
• Create connections with members by providing exceptional customer service and fostering a community-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fitness management or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop talent.
• Strong analytical skills to drive performance and achieve business goals.
• Passion for fitness and empowering members to achieve their health goals.
