Description
As a Fitness Studio Lead at VASA Fitness, you will be responsible for creating an uplifting fitness experience for our members by maximizing Studio and Group Fitness usage. This role involves recruiting and staffing top talent, achieving financial targets and KPIs, ensuring a world-class member experience, and supporting ongoing instructor development.
Responsibilities
- Recruit and staff qualified instructors and coaches to drive club traffic and member engagement.
- Analyze business performance to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and flawless execution of programming in Studio and Group Fitness spaces.
- Lead ongoing instructor development through training, coaching, and feedback.
- Create a culture of enthusiasm, passion, and accountability within the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in fitness management or related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance and exceed targets.
- Possess a passion for fitness and community building.
