As a Field Service III Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering expert technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, software, network, and system failures effectively.
- Maintain and service designated equipment according to Canon standards.
- Report product failure trends and service issues accurately to management.
- Provide responsive and efficient on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
- Keep detailed records of technical information, reports, and Canon property.
- Collaborate with supervisors and departments to resolve technical issues.
- Travel to customer locations as needed and comply with customer protocols.
- Adhere to security clearances and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of related experience with electronics or electrical engineering background.
- Field technician experience and knowledge of technical quality standards.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Willingness to travel and meet customer requirements.
