Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Field Service Technician III to join our team at Canon Solutions America, Inc. As a Field Service Technician III, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a dynamic 24/7 customer-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, software, network, and system failures following established procedures.
- Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards and specifications.
- Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to managers with the necessary documentation.
- Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate maintenance to meet and exceed customer demands.
- Maintain technical information, reports, and Canon property diligently.
- Assist in solving escalated technical and customer service-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, other departments, and customer IT departments.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of related experience or an Associate's degree in electronics/electrical engineering.
- Experience working as a field technician.
- Ability to travel, hold a valid driver's license, and lift 50 pounds.
- Compliance with customer policies, including COVID-19 measures if required.
