Job Description

We are hiring a Field Service Technician III to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support in dynamic environments and be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment to Canon standards

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical, software, network, and system failures following established procedures.
  • Service and repair designated equipment to Canon standards.
  • Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to management.
  • Provide efficient and responsive maintenance to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain technical information and documentation accurately.
  • Assist in resolving escalated technical and customer service-related issues.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of related experience.
  • Associate's degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as a field technician.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a 24/7 customer-driven setting.
  • Ability to obtain necessary clearances and lift at least 50 pounds.
