Job Description

We are looking for a Field Service Technician II to join Canon Solutions America, Inc.'s Field Service team. As a crucial member of the team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures of Canon-supported products, providing exemplary maintenance and support to our valued clients.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
  • Maintain and repair designated equipment following Canon standards.
  • Stay updated on multiple product groups for effective troubleshooting.
  • Provide efficient on-site maintenance to exceed customer expectations.
  • Maintain technical information and provide guidance to less experienced technicians.
  • Resolve escalated technical and customer service problems.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Basic understanding of internet environments.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
  • Physical capability to lift 50 pounds and engage in active work.
