Job Description
Canon Solutions America, Inc. is looking for a Field Service Technician II to join our team in Irving, TX. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, software, network, and system failures in Canon products, providing top-notch maintenance and support to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair basic technical issues following established procedures.
- Maintain and service designated equipment to Canon standards.
- Ensure efficient and accurate on-site maintenance services.
- Properly document all technical information and reports.
- Provide guidance to junior technicians and handle escalated technical problems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
- Basic understanding of internet environments and PDIF.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
- Capability to work in a 24/7 environment with on-call duties.
- Ability to obtain necessary clearances for customer premises entry.
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and be active during work hours.
