Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician II to join Canon Solutions America, Inc. in Dedham, MA. As part of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical, software, network, and system failures on Canon-supported products. You will play a crucial role in meeting and exceeding customer demands through efficient and accurate maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
  • Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups.
  • Exceed customer demands by providing efficient and accurate maintenance services.
  • Maintain all technical information, service reports, and assigned property.
  • Provide guidance to less experienced technicians and address escalated technical issues.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Basic understanding of internet environments.
  • Ability to travel and work in a 24/7 environment.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Capability to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50% of the time.
