Canon Solutions America, Inc. is seeking a Field Service Technician II to join our innovative team. As a technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures. Your role will involve servicing designated equipment, maintaining technical knowledge, and exceeding customer expectations through efficient maintenance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair basic mechanical, software, network, and system failures.
  • Maintain working knowledge of multiple product groups and provide efficient maintenance.
  • Ensure customer demands are met with responsive and accurate service.
  • Maintain technical information, service reports, and Canon property.
  • Provide solutions for escalated technical and customer service-related issues.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent with 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete introductory training.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary clearances.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and be active throughout the workday.
