• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues accurately.

• Maintain technical documentation and Canon property.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Keep assigned machines performing optimally.
• Contribute to achieving branch/district metric targets.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments.
• Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to lift 50 pounds.
