Responsibilities

• Perform onsite installation, service, and repair of automated handling systems
• Provide technical support and training to customers
• Prepare service quotes and ensure detailed reporting of activities
• Collaborate with engineering on project testing and functionality
• Travel domestically and internationally as required

Requirements

• Experience in food processing and/or packaging industry
• 3-5 years of experience with automated machinery
• Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
• High School diploma; technology degree a plus
• Availability for weekend and holiday work
