Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our innovative primary care team at One Medical. As a provider, you will have the opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct in-office visits, utilize tele-health services, and collaborate closely with our clinical teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a variety of medical needs.
• Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits in-office and via tele-health.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Utilize your clinical training to perform in-office procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited FNP or PA program with national certification.
• Minimum of 2 years practicing as an Advanced Practitioner in a primary care setting.
• State licensure in New York by start date.
• Demonstrated passion for human-centered primary care and effective communication skills.
