Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Executive Director for Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations to lead the execution and delivery of our Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in solid tumor clinical development, strategic operational planning, project cost estimations, global experiences, and ICH/GCP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Assure accuracy of clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Influence development team for high-quality clinical trial protocols.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to staff.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Deep knowledge of clinical research functions, ICH/GCPs, and clinical trial technology.
• Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and clinical operations skills.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
