Executive Director, Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations

Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced Executive Director to lead our Late-Stage Oncology Clinical Operations team. In this role, you will oversee the execution and delivery of our Oncology Phase 1-3 pipeline, ensuring the success of our projects on time and within budget. You will be a key member of the Global Clinical Development Operations leadership team, providing strategic operational planning, managing financial aspects, and fostering internal and external relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects of the late-stage oncology clinical development pipeline.
• Assure accuracy and appropriateness of clinical research budgets and timelines.
• Provide mentorship to staff and ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of fifteen years related experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 10 years in oncology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Deep understanding of clinical research functions and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MBA preferred.

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is $256,000-$384,000 per year. In addition to base pay, eligible for annual cash bonus, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits package.
