We are looking for a dedicated Estates and Probate Paralegal to join the Gravis Law, PLLC team in Tacoma, WA. Gravis Law is a rapidly growing law firm committed to providing top-notch legal services nationally. As a key member of our collaborative and tech-savvy environment, you will handle various paralegal and administrative tasks to support attorneys, manage cases, conduct legal research, and ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage attorney dockets and deadlines efficiently.
• Assist in preparing legal documents and client communications.
• Conduct legal research and drafting as necessary.
• Maintain client files and uphold professional client relationships.
• Cover front desk duties and provide exceptional service to clients and visitors.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of Paralegal experience.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to work independently.
• Bachelor's degree, Wealth Counsel software knowledge, and litigation experience preferred.
