Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Engineer Maintenance to join Residence Inn Folsom. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at the hotel. Your responsibilities will include changing light bulbs, performing preventative maintenance on guest rooms and various equipment, and responding promptly to alarms and emergencies. Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform various maintenance tasks for guest rooms, equipment, and facilities.
- Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations.
- Complete tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensed in a trade preferred (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) specific to the property.
