Job Description
We are looking for an Engineer Maintenance to join the team at La Quinta Atlanta - Perimeter/Medical Center, managed by Highgate Hotels. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Your role will involve various tasks, from performing preventative maintenance on guest rooms and kitchen equipment to monitoring energy conservation and addressing alarms promptly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for various areas including guest rooms, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems.
- Address alarms promptly and report findings as necessary.
- Perform other assigned tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager.
Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensure in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license for the applicable state and have an acceptable MVR.
