The Homewood Suites Corpus Christi, managed by Highgate Hotels, is seeking a meticulous and skilled Engineer Maintenance to join our team. This position involves assisting with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment to ensure the smooth functioning of the hotel's facilities. Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for various guest room amenities and public areas.
- Conduct repair and maintenance tasks promptly and efficiently.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies swiftly and accurately.
- Complete any other assigned tasks as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or relevant field is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensure in a trade field (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) is advantageous.
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state is mandatory.
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) specific to the property is necessary.
