Responsibilities
- Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance for guest rooms, including minor repairs and touch-ups.
- Maintain and repair various equipment on the property.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and alarms to ensure guest safety.
- Execute other assigned tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensing in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record specific to the property requirements.
