Job Description

Highgate Hotels is seeking an Engineer to join our talented team at Residence Inn Foxborough. As a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company, we provide expert guidance in property development and management. This is a full-time position located at 250 Foxborough Blvd, Foxborough, MA 02035.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including vinyl repair, touch-up paint, minor furniture repair, and more.
• Maintain and repair ice machines, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and HVAC systems.
• Handle plumbing repairs, laundry equipment maintenance, and energy conservation tasks.
• Respond immediately to alarms and emergencies, reporting findings to the Front Desk.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required by supervisors or managers.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensure in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) is advantageous.
• Valid driver's license for the applicable state is necessary.
• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) is required.
