Job Description
The Engineer at YVE Hotel Miami is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the property to ensure the best possible condition with minimal inconvenience to customers and employees. This role involves a variety of tasks including HVAC system maintenance, light fixture replacements, plumbing repairs, furniture repair, and more.
Responsibilities
- Make repairs to the hotel air conditioning system, such as changing filters and cleaning coils.
- Perform preventive maintenance on various equipment like boilers, chillers, and electrical systems.
- Repair and program televisions, light switches, receptacles, and fixtures.
- Perform plumbing repairs, troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment, and maintain swimming pools and spas.
- Paint designated areas, repair sheet rock, wall coverings, and electronic lock systems.
