Responsibilities
- Assist with operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance for guest rooms, including minor repairs and touch-ups.
- Maintain ice machines, refrigerators, kitchen, and laundry equipment.
- Conduct plumbing and laundry equipment repairs.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly.
- Complete other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Licensure in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
