Job Description
Dakota Milestones is seeking an Employment Specialist to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in finding meaningful employment that aligns with their skills and aspirations. As an Employment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assessing job skills, providing job coaching, and facilitating an inclusive work environment.
Roles / Responsibilities
- Assist individuals in securing employment that aligns with their goals and skills.
- Assess job skills and provide necessary job coaching.
- Maintain accurate documentation of job placements and progress.
- Create adaptive work environments to accommodate individual needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Valid and in good standing Driver's License.
