Electrician

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Electrician to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Fort Morgan, CO. As part of a global team committed to nourishing the world sustainably, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to plant automation, control systems, and electrical functions.

Principal Accountabilities

• Execute automation solutions for plant processes.
• Design and configure control systems.
• Identify areas for improvement and provide reliability training.
• Work with plant process knowledge and best practice standards.

Required Qualifications

• Permanent U.S. work authorization.
• Minimum age of 18.
• Proficiency in updating and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior Cargill experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of control strategies and production processes.
• Experience with PLC, HMI systems, and plant digital technologies.
• Reliability centered maintenance expertise.
• Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens systems.
