In this role, you'll be part of a dynamic sales department, engaging with customers daily to provide tailored telecom solutions and ensure their satisfaction with our high-speed internet, TV, mobile, and voice technologies. You'll have the opportunity to hone your sales skills, meet or surpass targets, and build lasting connections with customers.
Responsibilities
- Customize solutions to meet customers' unique needs.
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge and deliver compelling sales pitches.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements effectively.
- Complete all necessary documentation accurately.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications and Essential Functions:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one year of door-to-door selling experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, car insurance, and good driving record.
- Physical abilities to work full time.
