Responsibilities
- Create customized telecom packages to meet individual customer needs.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to effectively pitch and sell Optimum services.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Complete accurate documentation and provide post-sales support for a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year experience in door-to-door sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent technical and computer skills.
