Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced District Manager to join Aldi in the Greater Watertown NY Region. As a District Manager, you will oversee up to six stores, lead employees, and drive sales growth for one of the fastest-growing grocery retailers in the US. This permanent role offers a competitive starting salary of $95,000, with additional salary increases in subsequent years.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operations of an entire ALDI district.
• Lead and motivate employees to achieve company goals.
• Implement strategies to improve operating results and drive sales growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
