Summary

As a District Manager at Driveline, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field merchandising operations, program execution, and quality controls within a specific geographic region. Your role will involve managing a team of 150-200 merchandising employees, ensuring high execution standards, and supporting retail locations within your district.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and manage all assigned employees.
• Foster relationships with retailer and client counterparts.
• Plan and organize staffing to meet project requirements.
• Manage district costs effectively.
• Conduct in-store merchandising activities and store audits.
• Work collaboratively as part of a regional team.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based reporting.
• Physical ability to stand, move, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of retail or field operations experience.
