Job Description
We are looking for a motivated District Manager to join our team at Driveline. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $43,000 to $45,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and more.
Summary
As a District Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing field merchandising operations, program execution, and quality controls within a specific geography. You will oversee a team of 150-200 merchandising employees and support multiple Retail locations within district boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Train, coach, and manage all assigned employees.
- Foster relationships with retailer and client counterparts.
- Plan staffing to meet project requirements.
- Control district costs effectively.
- Conduct in-store merchandising activities and store audits.
- Collaborate with the Regional team for overall success.
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in web-based reporting and Microsoft Office.
- Capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or equivalent experience.
Travel Requirements
- Approximately 65% travel required with occasional overnight stays.
