Director, Statistical Programming (Remote)

Job Description

We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Director, Statistical Programming to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients. As a Director, you will manage product leaders and external personnel, oversee clinical studies, and plan operational aspects for new studies. Your role will involve statistical analysis, maintaining programming processes, and ensuring quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage Clinical Analysis Reporting Leads to meet strategic goals.
• Collaborate with key functional teams for process improvement projects.
• Work closely with product leads to manage priorities and resources.
• Develop and maintain statistical programming budget for FSP.
• Perform programming and QC for deliverables as needed.
• Lead performance assessments and development plans for reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• 15+ years of statistical programming experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech Industry.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent SAS programming skills and willingness to adopt new software.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
