Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Direct Support Manager to join our team in Fulton County. This full-time position involves providing leadership and support to adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for planning services, supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring consumer welfare and safety, and maintaining quality service standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee services for individuals with disabilities.
• Supervise and support Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure quality services and consumer well-being.
• Handle on-call duties during off-hours.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems.
• Valid driver's license and good judgment.
• Background check and DSPaths credential preferred.
