Dice Line Lead

Job Description

We are seeking a Dice Line Lead to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Timberville, VA. As part of our global team dedicated to safe and sustainable food production, you will contribute to providing high-quality food products to various customers such as foodservice operators, grocery stores, manufacturers, and exporters.

Key Responsibilities

• Rotate through Grinder Operator, Gravy, Mix injection, Brine, Tumbler, and Spice Room positions.
• Set up and operate various machines for weighing, grinding, mixing, and scaling.
• Complete paperwork and miscellaneous duties as required.
• Perform tasks including lifting, bending, and operating machinery.
• Read meat inventories and product formulas, specs, and operate systems like IPFS and SAP.
• Collaborate with team members and work on the production line efficiently.

Required Qualifications

• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older with effective English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Spanish communication is a plus.
• Experience with IPFS and SAP systems is preferred.
