Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Dental Hygienist to join Fairview Dental Care located at 2901 W Broadway Suite 109, Columbia, MO 65203. This position offers a $5000 sign-on bonus with a 4-day workweek from Monday to Thursday, with no evenings or weekends required. Additionally, there will be the occasional half-day on Friday. As part of our dynamic team, you will be an elite clinical provider, patient advocate, and integral member of the patient care team, ensuring exceptional lifetime care for your patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, screenings, and maintain detailed patient records.
- Participate in continuing education programs and mentorship opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver outstanding dental hygiene services.
- Take part in business support activities to enhance patient care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Licensed dental hygienist in Missouri with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, screenings, and CPR certification.
Preferred Experience
- Prior clinical experience and familiarity with dental technologies.
- Desire for continuous learning and growth in clinical skills.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
- Comfort with prolonged sitting and standing, ability to lift up to 45 pounds.
- Availability for periodic training sessions virtually or in-person.
