We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Technician to join Marvel Refrigeration. In this role, you will provide technical support via telephone and email to customers, dealers, distributors, and service centers. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing service issues, communicating warranty policies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve service issues in the field.
  • Capture service call information and follow up on tasks.
  • Communicate warranty and repair policies.
  • Provide support for manufacturing, purchasing, and engineering.
  • Maintain communication with the Technical Support Leader.
  • Perform data entry and access technical information.
  • Assist in locating service agents and distributors online.
  • Occasionally perform appliance repairs as needed.

Requirements

  • Degree in HVAC with Refrigeration focus preferred.
  • Experience in field service, preferably with household appliances.
  • Proficient in database management systems and customer service practices.
  • Strong diagnostic and problems-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and email etiquette.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts and pass a drug screening.

Compensation: $19-$23/hourly wage.
