Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return of their rental cars.
• Greet customers, secure keys, check and record car details, and input information into our system.
• Provide top-notch customer service throughout the rental return process.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors and in different shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
