Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic team at Avis Budget Group. In this role, you will be assisting customers in various aspects of the rental or return process at our airport lots, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental or return processes at the airport lots.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
• Perform tasks such as checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting at exit gates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors and in various shifts.
