Responsibilities

• Assist customers with the return process of rental cars.
• Greet customers, collect keys, record mileage, gas levels, and vehicle conditions.
• Check-in vehicles using our computer systems while delivering top-notch customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Basic computer skills including typing and data entry.
• Effective verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility to work various shifts.
• Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
