Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and creating a welcoming environment for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays with precision.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in their experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate product feedback to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, including cashier operations.
  • Take part in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Capable of providing prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficient in operating cash registers and store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
