Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) as required for the role.
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Report product feedback, inventory issues, and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure security and minimize losses.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Experience in retail and general cleaning preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous work experience in a retail environment.
