Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. By collaborating with the Aldi team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
