Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, stocking products, and maintaining the store's appearance. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
- Assist customers with their shopping experience
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Operate a cash register efficiently and accurately
- Interpret and apply company policies and procedures
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Work independently and within a team environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior retail experience preferred
