Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to support store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Competent in operating store equipment and performing general cleaning duties
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a professional manner

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is advantageous
