Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this Full-Time role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store maintains its appearance and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, stocking shelves, collaborating with team members, and assisting customers in their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
  • Provide outstanding customer service and communicate effectively with the team
  • Offer feedback to management, take inventory counts, and uphold cash policies
  • Adhere to company policies, maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash register and store equipment
  • Experience in retail and compliance with company standards
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior work experience in retail is a plus
