We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and ensuring the store is well-organized and stocked.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register efficiently and accurately.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Participate in inventory management to ensure accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
