Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. This full-time position involves merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and report any issues to management.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures for document security.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
  • Follow company policies, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Work independently and collaboratively, multitask efficiently, and stay organized.
  • Compliance with state and local regulations for alcohol sales.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, prior retail experience preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience considered.
