Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring smooth cashiering operations. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and working collaboratively with the team.
- Communicate effectively with management about products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in store inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow cash handling policies to minimize losses and uphold company procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register accurately.
- Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning duties to company standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
- High school diploma preferred with retail experience desirable.
