Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will focus on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is clean and organized.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service by assisting shoppers and addressing inquiries.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Participate in inventory management activities and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
  • Capable of carrying out general cleaning tasks and operating store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.
