Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
- Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy in inventory management.
- Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure minimal losses.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
- Efficient operation of a cash register.
- Safely handle equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
- Experience in retail preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
