Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy in inventory management.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure minimal losses.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficient operation of a cash register.
  • Safely handle equipment such as hand jacks and floor scrubbers.
  • Experience in retail preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.
