Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service.

Role Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stock shelves, maintain displays, and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
